The units at Lyn Leven Cottages are absolutely amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, making cooking a breeze. There's a cozy seating area where you can relax and unwind. The flat-screen TV is perfect for a movie night. And having a washing machine is so convenient, especially for adventure travelers like us!

Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom to be a bit weak. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Enjoyed hiking nearby, especially the Massacre of Glencoe trail. The cottage had a cozy fireplace and a lovely garden view. The mountain view from the window was breathtaking. Cons: Oops, forgot my coasters to protect the furniture!

I absolutely loved the cozy and charming atmosphere of the cottage. The decor had a delightful touch of Scottish elegance, with warm colors and traditional patterns. The common areas were well-furnished and easy to navigate, perfect for senior guests like myself. The comfortable sofas and armchairs provided a relaxing spot to enjoy a cup of tea while admiring the stunning views outside. Accessing the cottage was also a breeze, with no steep stairs or difficult pathways to navigate.

Perhaps the only thing I would have wished for is a handrail in the bathroom. As a senior guest, a little extra support while using the facilities would have been greatly appreciated.

I enjoyed hiking nearby, especially after discovering the unexpected massacre of Glencoe just 3.2 km away. The cottage had a lovely garden and free WiFi, so I could share all my amazing mountain views with friends. Who needs a smart TV when you have such breathtaking scenery?

Oh, and how could I forget the missing microwave and large soup pot? Cooking for 4 with only 3 pots?

During my recent stay at Lyn Leven Cottages, I was amazed by the beautiful location and breathtaking views of the mountains and loch. The cottage itself was recently modernized with a lovely modern decor. The shower was fantastic, and the beds were incredibly comfortable with fluffy new pillows and crisp white linen. The central heating made the cottage very toasty, and the utility room was perfect for storing our muddy boots, wet outdoor clothes, and even our dog. I also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the fenced garden, which allowed us to let our dog out safely. The local walk around the Quarry and into the forestry was a highlight for my boys and our furry friend. They loved exploring the mossy woods filled with fallen trees, streams, and ruins.

Although our stay at Lyn Leven Cottages was mostly perfect, there were a few minor drawbacks. the cottage did not have a microwave and lacked a large soup pot, which made cooking for four a bit challenging with the limited pots provided.

The cottage exceeded all expectations. The breathtaking location was easy to find and had jaw-dropping views. It was equipped with everything we needed, including ample parking. The spacious and airy rooms had super comfy beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The kitchen had nice wee additions like shortbread, teabags, coffee, and all the necessary cookware. The cottage was immaculate and had good Wi-Fi. Pamela, the host, went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The views of the mountains and the loch were absolutely breathtaking. The cottage was modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms were stocked with toiletries and fresh towels. We especially appreciated the little extra touches in the kitchen, like the shortbread, teabags, and coffee. The enclosed garden was perfect for our pet, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this cottage to others.

While our stay at the cottage was wonderful, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. We found it a bit challenging to cook for four people with only three pots provided, and it would have been helpful to have a microwave and a larger soup pot available.
